What began as a custom cabinet and finish carpentry business has evolved into the trusted name in Mid-Michigan home construction. Doug Cook, owner of Cook's Custom Homes, has been working with area homebuilders since first launching Cook's Custom Cabinets in 1988. Doug and his employees pride themselves in offering their clients the "Best Building Experience Imaginable."

Cook's homes typically have several distinguishing features that set them apart from the crowd: solid hardwood and tile flooring, custom tile backsplash, under-cabinet lighting and crown molding. In addition, all finish carpentry is completed by Cook's skilled craftsmen, featuring detailing rarely found in comparably-priced homes.
